(More customer reviews)This is a basic light switch that I use for a overhead fan/light. The fan has three power settings allowing for a low/medium/high fan speeds and a dimmer slide for the light on the fan.

Basic installation and use. It is a simple light switch and works as it should. Price was a little much when I bought it (in my opinion), but it was the cheapest I could find.

(More customer reviews)Although effective, the fan motor is extremely noisy. After putting up the insulation and the water barrier near the unit it still howls even to the point of hearing it through the walls into the next room. If you are looking for a quiet exhaust fan, this is not for you.

This fan is a nice, clean design and it arrived in perfect shape and it didn't take long to get it. I'm not sure it's clear what color the fan blades are (light maple and black gloss).
