(More customer reviews)I ordered seven (7) downrods.According to the manufacturer's part number, these rods should have had threads on both ends.They arrived about a week later.One (1) of the rods had threads on both ends, and six (6) had threads on only one end.Interestingly enough, all seven (7) rods had the same part number on them.I called customer service to discuss the problem and they suggested that I send the six (6) rods back and they would replace them with the correct rod.After about another week, I received boxes from three different places containing the six (6) replacement rods. This time, I got two (2) rods with threads on both ends and four (4) rods with threads on only one end.Again, all the rods had the same label and part number on them.After contacting customer service again, they suggested that my money be refunded.I must say, that everyone I contacted was very polite, kind, and sympathetic to my plight.I ended up ordering the correct rods from an outside source.Although pleased with the handling of this order, I must give it one star because I did not get the items that I ordered.
