(More customer reviews)Apparently it looks now like the ceiling fan I ordered has been removed in looking for the product link.I ordered. Received shipment notice from store and Amazon. Received the two light kits I simultaneously ordered. FedEx showed that the fan was left at door..Rural area here; no one would take it in broad daylight. My home office window where I work 7 days a week is right next to the porch/door. No way I would have missed it. To add to this fiasco, Hunter Customer Relations advised fan discontinued & apparently didn't read my note that shipment notice was received by me!! Amazon emailed saying a refund was issued for returned merchandise!! Apparently neither read and contacted FedEx. Hunter person didn't offer possible substitution fan, only said I could return my light kits & again, didn't check to see that they sent a notice of shipment sent to me.
I'm a reasonably frequent purchaser via Amazon - both the selling company and Amazon should be ashamed.
