(More customer reviews)The five star rating is for the product, as well as the vendor's customer service.Purchased two of these remotes (RC213) for my ceiling fans and tried to interface the remote to the fan.Found out that I had ordered the incorrect remote, and that I should have ordered the RC210.Called Capitol Lighting's toll-free number and was professionally and kindly treated by one of their customer service agents.Although I had opened one of the plastic sealed wrapped containers from one of the remotes, Capitol Lighting has taken the items back.For information, the remotes were shipped from Minka Aire directly to me within a week's time.Ordered the correct remotes from Capitol Lighting.
